Esquadrao LG Monitor — Privacy Policy

1. Who operates this application?
"Esquadrao LG Monitor" is operated by Funil Lab (corporate name T B ALVIM). It is an internal tool that we use, at LG's request, to track the public mentions made to the official profiles @mktcac and @racmkt on Instagram and YouTube, within the "Esquadrão LG" program. 2. What data does the application access?
The app only works with public content related to mentions of these two profiles: the public username of whoever mentions them (the @ on Instagram or the channel on YouTube); the public content of the post: caption or transcript, link, media type (post, reels, story, or comment), date, and public numbers such as likes and comments; the post and mention identifiers that the Meta API itself provides. The app does not access passwords, private messages from third parties, or sensitive data. Everything is read through the official Meta API, with the permissions instagram_business_basic, instagram_business_manage_comments, and instagram_business_manage_messages, authorized by the owners of the @mktcac and @racmkt profiles. The app is read-only: it never publishes, edits, deletes, sends, or manages any content or message.
3. What do we use it for?
to identify and record mentions of the @mktcac and @racmkt profiles; to classify the content (CAC or RAC line and authorship type) for internal organization; to generate performance reports of the Esquadrão LG program for LG. We do not use this data for targeted advertising, and we do not sell it.
4. Who do we share with?
For the service to function, some providers process data on our behalf:
OpenRouter, which performs automatic classification of the mention text (using the Claude Sonnet model);
Groq, which transcribes the audio from videos without captions;
Telegram, which delivers internal alerts to our team;
Google (Google Drive), which stores the proof image of each mention;
Hostinger, which hosts our own server, where the automation (n8n) and the database run.
The generated reports are shared with LG, a client of the program.
5. How long do we store it and how do we protect it?
We keep the records for as long as needed to monitor the program, in our own database (self-hosted) running on a server under our control, along with the proof images stored on Google Drive. Access credentials are stored securely and are never publicly disclosed. Access to the data is restricted to the responsible team.
6. Your rights
You can request information, correction, or deletion of your data processed by this app by emailing thiago@funillab.com or tborrere@gmail.com. Since we only process public content from mentions of the official profiles, deleting the post at the source also removes it from our records in the following updates.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this text. The current version is always available on this page.
